- The Apartments
To give you an initial overview, we have put together some brief preliminary information about the facilities in our house and Apartments. When you arrive, you will also receive a personal introduction and a tour of the house and the flats so that you can quickly find your way around.
Below you will find an overview of the available equipment.
- Basic equipment
We have prepared some basic equipment for your first day: a water bottle, bin bags, dishwasher tabs, washing-up liquid, kitchen roll, toilet paper, hand soap, a dishwashing sponge and a dishcloth.
- Other facilities in the flats
To make you feel completely at home, our Apartments are equipped with practical basic facilities. This includes bed linen as well as small and large towels (please note that no beach towels are provided).
A baby travel cot, high chair and child safety locks are available for families. You will also find Wi-Fi, a lighter, an ashtray, a hand brush, a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, a notepad with pen and fly screens.
- Coffee machine
Your flat has a filter coffee machine, an initial supply of coffee filters and a mocha pot.
- Kitchen
Our kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. You have a dishwasher, a cooker with oven, a fridge with freezer compartment and a kettle at your disposal. You will also find salt, pepper, pot holders and tea towels for your convenience.
- Living room
Make yourself comfortable in our cosy living room! It is equipped with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV and air conditioning to make you feel completely at ease.
- Outdoor area
Enjoy the outdoor area with numerous amenities for young and old. A washing machine, an outdoor shower and an outdoor toilet are at your disposal. For our younger guests there is a sandpit with sand toys, a children's table and a baby swing.
Sun loungers, a patio table with chairs and a barbecue with barbecue utensils invite you to relax. There are also plenty of parking spaces for your convenience.

- The landlord is not subject to the provisions of Article 22 of the VAT Act for the payment of VAT
- The tourist tax is included in the price
