- House rules
Dear guests!
Our holiday flats should be a second home to you. We completed the renovation work in spring 2019 and furnished the flats with a lot of love. We hope that you will feel at home with us and enjoy your holiday. By using our flats, we assume that you agree to the house rules.
- General
If you are missing anything in your holiday flat or need help, please contact us with confidence - we will be happy to help you! This is the only way we can rectify any shortcomings as quickly as possible.
If you have any questions about the property or information about excursion tips, we will be happy to help. Just get in touch with us. You can find our contact details under the heading "Contact".
- Duty of care
We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that fellow travellers and relatives also comply with the rental conditions. Please close all windows when leaving the flat to avoid possible damage caused by storms or burglary. Please use water resources sparingly, as there is a severe drought, particularly in southern countries, and water shortages are becoming increasingly acute here in Germany.
- Arrival and departure
The accommodation is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the accommodation by 10:00 am at the latest. Please leave the holiday flat swept clean.
- Rest periods
In the interests of good neighbourliness, we ask you to observe the quiet times. From 22:00 to 08:00 the night's rest applies in our accommodation.
- Damage
We assume that nobody wants to damage anything in our flats or on the property on purpose. However, it can always happen that something gets broken. We would be pleased if you could inform us of the damage so that we can arrange for a replacement. The tenant is liable for damage to the amount of the replacement costs. You will be required to pay a deposit of €150 in cash on the day of your arrival, which will be returned to you in full if you use our flats properly.
- Number of persons
For reasons of safety and the requirements of the applicable tax law, the maximum number of persons in the two-room flats is limited to 4 persons and in the one-room flats to 2 persons. One infant per flat up to the age of 3 is exempt from this regulation. We are happy to provide you with a baby cot.
When making your booking, please ensure that you state the number of fellow travellers truthfully. If the specified number of persons is exceeded, overnight accommodation in our flats is not possible.
- Kitchen
Please treat the kitchen equipment and technical appliances with care. Make sure that crockery, pots and cutlery are only put back into the cupboards when they are clean, washed and dry. Hot pots or other hot objects may only be placed on the tables or worktop with a trivet. Please always use one of the chopping boards provided as a base for cutting.
When you leave, the kitchen should at best look as you found it.
- Terraces and outdoor area
The terraces in the outdoor area may be used by all residents. Please treat the furniture with care and leave it as you would like to find it. You are welcome to use our barbecue. The barbecue should be cleaned after use. The same applies to the grill grate. Please dispose of ashes, meat and other leftovers in the rubbish bin. Please take the seat cushions for the patio/garden furniture with you to your accommodation overnight and in rainy weather. If you have taken crockery from your holiday flat to the barbecue, please make sure that you bring everything back to the flat.
There is a sandpit on our property for our younger guests. We hope that they will enjoy it. Please make sure that the sand stays in the sandpit, otherwise the children will soon no longer enjoy playing in it.
- Waste disposal
Please throw your rubbish in the bins provided in the kitchen. The cosmetics bin in the bathroom is only intended for rubbish that accumulates there. Please use both the rubbish bins and the cosmetics bin only with rubbish bags. The rubbish bags can be sealed and disposed of in the rubbish bins provided on the property.
No waste, leftover food, harmful liquids or similar may be thrown or poured into the kitchen sink, toilets, washbasins or showers! Avoid anything that could lead to blockages in the pipes (no hygiene articles in the toilet).

To avoid the formation of mould, please ventilate the rooms sufficiently. This applies in particular to bathrooms after showering/bathing and kitchens after cooking.
