You will receive the key to your holiday flat from us on arrival. If possible, please let us know at least two hours before arrival when you expect to arrive.

The flat is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
- So that your holiday can begin immediately: Important information about your registration
After your arrival, we would like to give you a smooth and relaxed start to your holiday. To ensure this, we kindly ask you to send us a copy of the identity cards or passports of all fellow travellers in advance by email, so that we can register you as our guests at the tourist information office in Vrsi free of charge and you can save valuable time on site.
If you do not wish to submit your data by e-mail, you can of course also present it in person on arrival.
Important: Please note: The registration of guests in the Republic of Croatia is required by law - this applies to all persons, regardless of age, including children from 0 to 12 years.

- Cleanliness and cleaning
Your apartment will be professionally cleaned before your arrival. Should anything not be to your satisfaction, please let us know so we can quickly rectify it.
- Check-out
Your Apartment is at your disposal until 10:00 am on the day of departure.
Please leave the flat swept clean.
